Business planning in a changing world

Welcome to this module in P3pharmacy's Business and Management Development Programme.

The baseball legend Yogi Berra said: "If you don't know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else". However you express this sentiment, understanding what you are trying to achieve and what success looks like, is vital if your team and your business are to grow.

By the end of this module you will:

• Understand the benefits of putting together a business plan for the next 12 months
• Understand the importance of identifying where the business is now and deciding where you want it to be in the future
• Be familiar with the use of tools for developing strategic plans
• Be able to look at different approaches to setting goals and targets to be implemented by your team in the coming months.
